Building the total man systematically everyday 21ST JANUARY, 2025 CHANGE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION (21) WALK IN THE SPIRIT TEXT: Galatians 5:16, 25 Galatians 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. Galatians 5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. The Spirit of God is given to us to help us do the will of God and become all that the Father wants us to be. He does this by teaching, guiding and empowering us. We should therefore yield to Him so that His purpose in our lives will be fulfilled. Those who resist the Spirit of God rebel against God. Walking in the Spirit is a must for every child of God that wants to conform to the image of Christ. The more you walk in the Spirit, the more like Christ you become. Becoming like Christ is the greatest Change that we will ever experience. The Spirit of God enables us to live like Christ. Any believer who does not yield to the Spirit is incapacitated spiritually. He will not know the things that are freely given to him by God. He will also lack spiritual discernment. There is absolutely no change without the help of the Spirit. It is not by might or power, it is by the Spirit. Walking in the Spirit brings about changes in the right direction. CONFESSION: I yield completely to the leading of the Spirit.
